Keep in mind though that the 2nd team has Anti-Spiral aswell, who is just like Athena- has probability manipulation.
-He can also create dimensions, can create universes, has reality manipulation, matter and energy manipution, has size manipulation.
He has
Galaxy Shuriken: Uses Granzeboma's large shoulder Arms to literally throw Galaxies at its opponent.
Infinity Big Bang Storm: Grab 2 galaxies and combined them together, Leroy was stated the sphere itself has Big Bang level energy

Team 1 wins this. They just have too much hax for team 2 to handle. You got 3 broken characters on 1 team.
I mean,
1st, you have Athena, who has Probability Manipulation with her Nike Staff where she can make things that are unlikely to happen HAPPEN and things that are likely to happen NOT happen- (greatly raises Athena and her rightful warriors's chances of victory, often to absurd degrees making the them overcome literally impossible situations through) and at the same time the staff can also be used for attacking and striking aswell, it was able to bypass Hades's armour and his durability and pierced through his body. She can create Divine Cosmo Barriers that can restrict the enemy's speed and teleportation and prevents him from being able to ressurect or reincarnete, the barriers can deflect/block/neutralize high level attacks including unconventional ones, so any attacks without powerful enough divine cosmos will not be able to penetrate or break through it. She also has the Aegis Shield: One of the biggest defenses in Saint Seiya, it also has the power to repel evil. Even when not wielded by her the light it radiated blitzed Gemini Saga (expelling his evil personality from him) and erased a God-affecting arrow that Gold Saints couldn't remove. Her divine seals have trapped the souls of Gods and their armies into places or artifacts for centuries aswell. She also has reality warping (she could create artifacts to protect her allies) and can empower other beings with her divine Cosmo (her protection allowed Achilles to kill Hector who had been rendered invulnerable by Apollo in the war of Troy, and her divine blood (Ichor) protected the Bronze Saints against the depowering effect of the barrier of Hades, the destructive power of the Super Dimension, facilitated their awakening of the 8th sense and finally made them attain God Cloths). Her divine will could act on its own to protect others and herself when her reincarnation was still too young and didn't know who she really was, like when she supported Aiolia against Cronus.
2nd, you have Medaka Kurokami, who has the Encounter- (The ability to push away all damage inflicted on her, including all physical, emotional, and mental damage, elsewhere. No matter how fast or numerous the attacks, she will take no damage from any assault. The location is specified by her and can range from structures to other people. Even if there is no opening, Encounter will still push any damage away). She has Scar Dead- (The ability to re-open any wound ever inflicted on someone, no matter how old. This ability extends not only to physical wounds, but to mental wounds as well, allowing her to leave her victims in a state of mental breakdown). She has All Fictio- (Minus that allows her to deny aspects of reality; to make anything "nothing". Because of this, she can undo anything that has been damaged. However, has been stated once removes something with her Minus, she cannot return it as it has become "fiction". His ability can even reverse her own death as well as the death of others.). She has the Book Maker (Allows her to seal opponents and make them near powerless)
3rd, you have Giorno Giovanna- who has the Gold Experience Requiem (GER): His evolved and extraordinarily more powerful version of his Stand that has its own independent will, created through the result of the Stand-Creating Arrow piercing it. It is responsible for Nullification of Cause and Effect: Gold Experience Requiem's ability is to be able to react automatically to threats even when time is erased, and sets all attacks and the opponents willpower back to zero. If someone is hit or killed by GER, it can trap the person into facing a series of death over and over again for eternity. Requiem's abilities are seen by some fans to be the opposite of King Crimson's: King Crimson erases the "cause" and keeps the "effect" (i.e time where a bullet would hit him is erased, causing the bullet to warp past him), while Requiem keeps the "cause" but erases the "effect", causing endless scenarios where actions and initiatives are started, but the effects of such does not occur (as shown when Requiem completely halted King Crimson's cause erasing ability). Giorno's Gold Experience Requiem's ability is centered on nullfiying any potential harm towards it and/or it's user. Despite not having any destructive capacity in things such as destroying the universe, it was able to completely nullify a universal time erasure as well as putting someone through an infinite cycle of deaths across parellel worlds. Hence the current rating for GER's AP, Tier and Range.

Uriel has Black Hole Storm which suck in enenmy attacks as well as them. He can destroy dimensional boundaries, reconstruction (can reconstruct matter on molecular level, and even time/space), can attack on multiple planes of existence.
Uriel can amp his attributes with negative emotions, massively enhanced previous abilities and stats, exists on a higher dimension, energy manipulation (can manipulate infinite energies of the universe and then convert it into divine spiritual or demonic energy) He also has spartial manipulation
