I've read that we shouldn't use crossovers to measure a character's tier because power levels are usually equalized but this is a sort of what if scenario.
So, there's a cameo appearance in episode 19 of Asura's Wrath where Pyron from Darkstalkers shows up in the bottom right corner, here's the image...
My question is, if Pyron was shown defeated here (maybe he is idk) and considering Chakravartin was previously on tier 3-B (now he's o 4-A) and Pyron is o 3-C, could this be used to place Chakravartin back on tier 3-B, would he be put as atleast 3-C or would he remain the same?
