Asura at his peak vs OdinForce Thor

Hmm, I'd say they're even. Both are galaxy-destroyers at maximum power (3-B), have MFTL+ speeds and are immortal deities. Mjolnir could theoretically absorb/redirect Asura's energy attacks but the hammer would need to be able to withstand MFTL+ mantra blasts that erased stars without effort when Asura was travelling the 26,000 light years from Earth to the Milky Way centre in minutes.
The only thing that could defeat Asura would be the Godblast. That being said, if it misses or doesn't work, and Thor is left drained of energy, he's done for.

eh... big necro there. But if Odinforce Thor has all of Odin's powers, Asura is toast. He has no defence against timehax and matterhax
