Asta starts with spamming ranged anti magic slashes that passively negates or bypasses magic used to counter them. That’s pretty much his only starting move before closing the distance to do more stuff.

Asta has resistances to some of his starting moves while he negs the rest with anti magic from his demon destroyer sword.

Base Bloodman is >= Brandish = 4.435 petatons while Third Seal Bloodman easily overpowered Base Gajeel who is = Base Natsu >> Enhanced Neinhart > Brandish = 4.435 petatons

Only magic he uses is Ice Devil Slayer Magic but yes the rest is Curse Power

Even his Ice Devil Slayer Magic uses Curse Power iirc. Gajeel could barely sense any magic from Bloodman and thought he was weak af yet his Devil’s Rage still stalemated Gajeel’s Roar.
