He didn't reset Frisk having mid godly you mean, and his comments implied that Frisk's determination was starting to fail. He even said he could feel Frisk fading with every death.DMB 1 said:

Jaspers is a glass canon though. He's definitely ridiculously greater AP wise... But he he is consistently portrayed as a glass-canon.

Time paradox immunity ensures that won't happen, I don't recall Jim having acasualty, and being 2-A in Reality warping only, doesn't make him immune to time manipulation.
