Death manipulation is potent enough to kill thousands of people, immortality is useless since it's only something he previously had, he just has type 1 and low-mid regen.
What is interesting though is the harbringer of ash, this weapon can kill concepts, and people like God who through a round about way such as him being beyond the concept of death, his mind and soul being fused with the concept of eternity, and his soul going to heaven if he dies where his body is reformed, effectively has mid-godly regen.
Also God has passive causaliy and law manipulation protecting it from being harmed, Metatron still killed him with the harbringer of ash however.

Yea, the harbringer of ash is something he made with his own soul or something like that, but yea he always has it with him.

Then my vote goes to him via being powerful enough to damage concepts which is something Asriel can't possibly handle.

Angel of death is his powernull i am guessing?
I am not sure, has he lolnoped a weapon like the harbringer before? It was made through his raison d'etre, basically reality warping, his raison d'etre is separation and control, and to oppose that setsuna had to use his raison d'etre and counter with freedom. Basically fighting with raison d'etre is fighting with reality warping, though Setsuna and Adam take it further since they have a lol i win button due to their reason d'etre making them invincible cause they destroy the very concept of defeat.
Anyway, the harbringer is a weapon created to kill God, who has the causality and laws of the multiverse protecting it, is hard to kill, and even kills people like Tiamat-Lilith who is the concept of an omnipotent being that can grant any wish, also defying Tiamat is defying the very multiverse itself, yet the harbringer still killed her.

The harbinger of ash also phases through anything that gets that tries to block it since its only targets are "humans" and chases down its targets to the ends of the earth.
Humans really just mean anything he targets though since it killed God and God isn't even a living thing, just an abstract object, it's a computer more than anything.
