Its the battle of the 9-B combatants with surprising 8-C durability. Heres the story.

Eggman arrives in the universe of Pokémon and steals all the trainers' Pokémon including the wild ones just so he can use that power to use it to defeat his nemesis, Sonic. Ash tells everyone he can do it (because why not?) and decides to go after Eggman and confronts him to a fistfight to free all the Pokémon.

Speed will be unequal for this fight and both are bloodlusted. They will be unarmed for the entire fight. Battle takes place in Pallet Town, giving Ash the home advantage.

Eggman has better durability than Ash. He may try to beat up Ash, but then realize he can't harm him, before also realizing Ash can't harm him either. So he would be smart enough to just stand there and mind his own business as Ash throws several punches at Eggman before getting exhausted

Eggman cause he can outrun Sonic

Ash is probably the better fighter, since Eggman's intelligence is specialised on making robots + evil schemes. Ash also has the greater lifting strength, so he'd probably be able to choke Eggman out.

I think I'll go with Ash here. Eggman has Building+ durability but Ash has Class 10 lifting strength whereas Eggman is Superhuman so I think Ash should be capable of just tossing Eggman around and eventually taking him out.
