This question came up when I was making my Solar Beam calc (this does not apply to it, as lightspeed Bulbasaur would be a hilarious outlier). This is for those who create suns and have beings that dodge attacks from it, and it makes sense. Like Utsuho and Groudon. I know we used to do it for Knight Knight from Undertale before stuff happened, (like outlier, it was explicitly magic based, etc) so I'm wondering about these cases in particular.

Utsuho's powers are purely based in fusion right? not magic, so the effects should be the same as an actual Star or Nuke (If we compare the sizes at least) like, radiation speed... (wich are the same as light speed, right?)

no its still magic with her. she even has a magic circle/sigil

But her powers are "nuclear fusion", so even if she uses magic to make the process happen, the end result must have the properties of a Nuclear Fusion, right? If not, then there's no need to make her Star level, if it's just "magic fire". I mean, she clearly isn't doing the process to iniciate the fusion scientifically acurate, but the end result of some of her suns do have gravity and other characteristics of a star. (or the closest ZUN could represent then in a Danmanku game...)

magic suns is not limited to "magic fire" in eastern classic elements Sun is its own element.

especially in touhou with characters like Patchouli who has fire water wood metal sun and moon based magic.

while shes preforming fusion its still Magic just as Suika's denisty control is still magic not scientifical.

as she can use denisty to incress the amount of hers by using her hair to make miniture versions of herself or incress the amount of parties like she did to start an incident. maybe touhou characters have somthing more like Concept manipulation would be more accurent?

It's more than magic, really. Yatagarasu, the thing she house inside her, is the incarnation of the sun itself. In a world where god exist, and these bird are said to be the sun spot the sun created... The suns Okuu create itself is more than just a Star, it's the actual representation of the Sun, both physical and divine. If I have to take an example, everytime she fire her Suns, each of them is an equivalent of a Fate's Reality Marble firing to your face.

...Though the specific isn't really important, as the magical Sun-shaped Nuclear Reactor she made is devastating, said above.
