Most hax can circumvent durability. Matter Manipulation, Reality Warping, Obviously Mental and Soul attacks do not interact with Durability.

Space Hax also usually negate traditional durability IIRC depending on the type

Really strong conceptual manipulation would do the trick.

Negating Transcendant and Reliant Immortality is usually a case by case thing, since the methods of having those two types vastly differ between users. Being able to defeat a lich's phlactery or Voldemort's Horcruxes are different than Dorian Grey's painting. And both of those are different from locating the true self of a being who exist on another plane of existence.

This is mostly Toon Force / Reality Warping... Not really a form of Immortality...

Could you negate immortality type 8 by using transmutation/molecular manipulation/reality warping or whatever to turn the immortal character into a tooth and maybe throwing it into lava?What about using power nullification/absorbsion or something like that so the immortality can be removed?

For Type 8 usually no. Turning the person into something else and destroying that new form doesn't change their relationship with the thing. It would (if they are not immune) incapacitate them though and count as a win.
Power Nullification could possibly work if the nullification is stronger than the Reliant relationship.
