Tbh I would say this is a stomp. In one part of the anime Arale just destroys the plot, in representation of film real and toriyama had to put it back together. Furthermore, in another episode toriyama is writing the story and Arale just appears and jumps him . Plus all the other gag feats she has done.

Plus how does the resurrection even work? Like if he's erased does he just come back? Even if that's the case it doesn't really matter. Since Arale's BFR is really strong. She can throw someone across the cosmos, into a movie, seal someone into a manga panel, etc.
