Yes but she would get tired.
You have to realise equal speed you can still get hit as you have to react to things = to your speed, over short distances it would be punches/kicks > reactions, Anya likely isn't gonna get close enough to Koji do hit him, even if she does, Koji would tank it and attempt to incapacitate her or pressure point strike her, which should do some damage.

Dude how does this turn into 6 pages long thread, pretty sure Twilight tagged me at 02:12 AM and now it's just like this.. Yeah, I don't think I have to explain but Anya takes this unfortunately. Ayanokouji winning against Anya would mean other than he's bloodlusted, it's also assuming his intelligence is able to outsmart Anya's Mind Reading everytime which is.. Not a good argument, I'd say. Stats wise, Koji already lost and I hate the fact that he's not wall level which makes him a fodder (Mind you, all those long revisions about Ayanokoji and everyone just gatekeep him at 9-C for whatever reason)

A 6x difference means she would hardly feel a regular blow, though. Pressure points would be more sensitive, obviously, but i don't think the size of the gap is actually being realized here
They're both below average human being equalised to anya, though. And seeing things way ahead via telepathy kind of makes reaction speed unimportant for anya to begin with.

Anya's small arms would literally let Ayanokouji outrange her to grab her and slam her to the ground with LS
or Ayanokouji just need to be able to grab once and he can legit break any of her bones with LS
If we are not using the 47kj dura of Ayanokouji then sure Anya might gravely harm him in a single attack.
I wanna argue that Ayanokouji thinking too fast due to how he can literally answer math questions when none of the top students except the absolute best were able to perceive it and being skilled on that front but I think it would be equalized in speed equalize
though if Anya would telepathically read his thoughts and what he would do then she might be able to dodge around abilities but if she's not skilled in martial arts and don't understand certain movements martial artist do to corner an enemy into a position they want them to land an attack then it would be a moot point unless she can read that far but even then she would need to understand all the movement she is reading with her telepathy

None of them are even slightly related to combat skills.
How the hell is that a homing attack? It's just that dude throwing the ball at the place Anya would dodge. Also this scene proves how easy it is for people to figure out Anya's Telepathy.
That's literally a scan about Anya trying to copying Yor. She literally has no actual hand 2 hand fighting experience.It's pretty obvious she's smart enough to not just start swinging wildly and waste energy dude, it's pretty much undeniable atp
He doesn't have to directly find out she's using telepathy to figure out she's reading her my man. Reading people isn't supernatural, it's just that Anya does it in a supernatural way. Ayanokouji can just figure out she has some kind of way of reading her.
Let's not forget that Ayanokouji outskills people like Tsukishiro, Shiba, Takuya etc, who are much more skilled than Ryuuen. It's very obvious he wasn't taking this fight very seriously.and Here's ayanokoji getting pinned to a wall when he's facing ryuen. Didn't save him then, did it? Maybe i'm just not very big on COTE at all but i think his prediction is being overhyped when compared to literal mind-reading

I'm going to vote the perfect human. Just taking into account the difference in AP leaves out a lot of other factors like skills, experience and size. It is true that she is a child, but Koji is not going to let himself be hit by one of her blows (besides, in the white room, children are trained). Everything will possibly come down to endurance.
