Any opinions on what you think Issei Hyoudou scales to?

Some say he doesn't touch outer and some others say hes High 1-A or boundless (boundless is a bit excessive). I kinda just want to here some of your thoughts.

If i remember it correctly it is because.
1. The first thing is about Azazel statement about Regulus if user mastering it capable of cut the "earth" or something, so fans thought mastering a Longinus = Planet level so all Balance Breaker scale to Planet level and fan start upscaling from this thus we have the famous Solar System level Issei with BB and Boost, Galaxy level Sirzech and Universal Ophis. The other Universal Issei is Heavenly Dragon > God, and fan assume that God created universe thus Universal Issei. There is also High 3-A Issei due to Season 3 as he shake the Dimension Gap which stated to be boundless or something and also the Infinite Ophis shit

2. I never saw Low Complex Multiversal, but i did saw Multiversal Issei because fans assume that each realm = universe in size and well, he can blast all of them....

3. Outer to Boundless Issei is because they scale Mythology from the verse to real life mythology, so we have Boundless God of Bible, Boundless Buddha, etc... and Issei with Ddraig scale to them. This scaling is very common on Tiktok (actually everyone is Outer to Boundless on Tiktok)
