I've always been confused about this, but is anti-pops able to turn Goku back to his original source? like the storyboard and stuff. Where goku won't be able to do anything?

He lacks resistance to plot manip and erasure so yes.

Manga Goku has sealing via mafuba and can deconstruct/destroy pops soul via his bootleg hakai, and considering how much faster he is, it really comes down to how willing he is to use these abilities, if Anti-Pops' hax isn't passive or instant that is.
