Intangbility is non-factor,it just an non-combat applied,all servant have that intangbility but not used it as combat applied.

Going with Anri then, while Hari might have far more potent hax and variety and would in most cases secure her victory but I'm going to give it to Anri due to the nature of her ability, she legit needs to just lightly cut Hari.. she doesn't even need to cut so deep for her ability to take effect and with that Hari will become Anri's pawn, Saika's influence has shown affecting people on the same tier as the caster.

while it's true that Saika's influence can be fought but it's only been fought to a point that the user would give a mild fight before eventually turning anyway... (they would be fighting themselves) also the only instance of Saika's influence struggling was when the caster itself was reluctant to control the person as well as the victim being powered by "Love" and PIS

First thing, Mata Hari is a terrible fighter. She was a dancer and a spy first and foremost. She doesn't have martial combat feats.

Second, is Anri vulnerable to seduction? Mata Hari's dances make them into her puppets until the next sunrise.

Mata Hari can win by seducing Anri and making her kill herself.

friend or not though if Mata touches Anri she runs the risk of getting cut as Saika protects the user passively and appear in any part of the users body.
