Looks like the aura from the Susanoo channeled through the fan. It would still be Forcefield Creation regardless of what it is so it's straight forward no matter how you look at it.

Never seen the Uchiha Formation thing so I can't comment on that but if it block 8 Tails attacks High 6-C with that Technique is fine by me.

That is not a Susanoo,cause it has never been shown without ribs or armour.

Since the Susano'o itself is basically a giant humanoid-shaped forcefield made out of chakra, this makes sense.

It is also drawn in the same style as the Susano'o.

I'd add it as:

Forcefield Creation (Via Susano'o)
