Anna versus Ri, base speed equalized (he can still shoot stuff at lightspeed, though).
Win conditions:
Anna — She is smart enough to be able to get him trapped somewhere for over a day, or just dismember him, is merciful enough that she might K.O him without attempting to kill. Interference Field should protect her from direct usage of Reality Warping, from the Ritual of Time and overall level the field enough that she can compete.
Rin — 8-C weaponry, light and fire-based damage, might be able to use one of his OP techniques under the right conditions, can ressurrect if killed and that makes him tricky to defeat.
In other words, this isn't a stomp.
