Kinda based.Hot take: Stop motion animation is the best form of animation when it comes character moments and interactions.
I had to cook.Based.
Chicken Little is a banger, though.Star Wars The Clone Wars 2008 is overrated and Home on the Range and Chicken Little are perfectly fine Disney Films. My hots take for animation.
Heck yeah it is. Glad someone agreesChicken Little is a banger, though.

Imo, he wasn't the absolute worst, but I still didn't like him for reasons I'm pretty sure you already know.Hot Take: Is it just me, or was I fine with Sparky in Season 9 of The Fairly OddParents? I mean, I did find some particular scene in his first appearance funny (“And a one, and a two, and a-GAAAAAHHHHH!!!”)
I watched the DreamWorks She-Ra a couple years ago and I knew this ship had some ill winds from the very beginning but what really sunk it for me was Catra getting redeemed and forgiven for her crimes in a short period of time (She legit teamed up with a mass murder and inflicted so much suffering on others). Special mention to Scorpia, she deserves a way better "friend" than a sociopathic cat girl that took her for granted almost all of the time.Hot Take: Catradora, while cool on paper, is one of the most toxic ships in modern animation.
Fr. This trope is so played out.I watched the DreamWorks She-Ra a couple years ago and I knew this ship had some ill winds from the very beginning but what really sunk it for me was Catra getting redeemed and forgiven for her crimes in a short period of time (She legit teamed up with a mass murder and inflicted so much suffering on others). Tbh most heroXvillain ships are either toxic, creepy, stupid or all three imo.
To make a Hero X Villain ship work, you'd have to make the character reasonably redeemable, or, alternatively, why not have the hero become a villain? They always tend to be one-sided.I watched the DreamWorks She-Ra a couple years ago and I knew this ship had some ill winds from the very beginning but what really sunk it for me was Catra getting redeemed and forgiven for her crimes in a short period of time (She legit teamed up with a mass murder and inflicted so much suffering on others). I've been rewatching the show recently, and I 100% agree with thisHot Take: Catradora, while cool on paper, is one of the most toxic ships in modern animation.
Yeah, in the case of Catradora, if they wanted to pull it off, they should have done it way earlier when Catra wasn't as downright psychotic and had more of a chance of being redeemable.I've been rewatching the show recently, and I 100% agree with this
This is more kind of common take rather than hot takeHot take: Stop motion animation is the best form of animation when it comes character moments and interactions.
Did you not hear me say multiple times before that I enjoyed the first 3 or so Seasons of SU?But when Steven Universe does it, you call it mid
This take is cold and wrong. Specifically this part.I'm gradually getting sick and tired of people saying "Anime >>>> Cartoons" or "Cartoons aren't original anymore", as if there isn't dozens upon dozens of anime that regurgitate the same tropes arguably more than cartoons have.
Saying anime is better than cartoons or vice versa is just a dumb statement imo. Both sides have plenty of stuff that can appeal to anyone.
You can say this about anything. Both having stuff which appeal to side, doesn't make them equal. And this is coming from someone who likes both just about equally.Saying anime is better than cartoons or vice versa is just a dumb statement imo. Just enjoy what you like. Imo, I enjoy both equally because both anime and cartoons have stuff that appeals to me. Can't get any more concrete and straightforward. You can say this about anything. W.Evangelion isn't even close to being a masterpiece (and it's not complex at all) and it's not a one-of-a-kind shit either, it's just plain generic.
