Angry Old Men - Kessler vs Heihachi Mishima

Kessler has speed advantage, Electric touch could defeat Heihachi, also he has a range advantage

If that is not enough, he even has Regenerationn, unlike Heihachi AND could drain the thuderstorm not only to regain strenght but also to trigger Low-Mid Regenerationn.

I think Kessler has this one.
