She oneshots easily. Virtually anything destroys link.

Link doesn't have a defined "first move" other than master sword and maybe arrows.

Bloodlust Link can stop her in time and fire some ancient arrows,that will kill her.

There's nothing that will say Link immediately goes for time stop even when bloodlusted and with a giant list of weapons

It's... difficult. Link tends to lead with Holy/Light manipulation, but that's only against people he knows are weak to it, so he's unlikely to lead with it in this case. The possibility of him leading with timestop is actually pretty high. Even ignoring that's an ability he has in several incarnations, in PH timestop is considered an OP ability that Link spammed hard in his fight against Bellum, and Nes Zelda's timestop is insanely above PH's timestop (pretty much instantaneous and with no time limit). Link uses sealing a lot, but he's never lead with it. Maybe he could lead with information analysis, but that's only in SS (bad acronym, I know).

Can her waves disable Sheika's Plate?If not he still stops her in time and one shots,even if she weakens him to 5-B,ancient arrows ignore durability.

She activated the waves, which severely drops your AP, puts you to sleep, wipes your memory, and switches your soul to another body.

With the only exception of AP drop (and maybe memory wipe, depends on how strong it is) Link pretty much resists everything. Anything else she can do not AP related?

Copy link's attacks, teleport, absorb, and oneshot.

Shadow Link, ALLTP Ganon, Like-Like and AP related.
Jokes aside, copy attack is useless as the fight is basically a race for who hits first, Link is used at fighting people who teleport around (mainly Ganon in several games), and iirc Link resists absorption, but I doubt it's on Android 21's level. Oneshot is probably her best bet with her waves if they can wipe out his memory

Wiping out link memories wouldn't work since full triforce kind of gives him mind resistance amd he's also resistant to transmutation,sleep asoul manip plus since breath of the wild even when link lost his memories several characters stated how insanely skilled he still is despit not fighting for a 100 years and going up against power full enemies link was still able to retain his fighting abilities and intelligence since he's going around like nobody's business with the sheika trials and deadly assassin's trying to ambush at every turn link wins via time stop (21 dosent have a resistance to it) and also ancient arrows EE
