I just realized, Frieza survived a Hakai blast from Toppo, which warped an infinite dimension, and he stood up a minute later. So at least his durability should be Universe Level+. And 17 did a similar thing, by surviving the explosion of a serious blast from Jiren and an explosion with enough power to destroy that serious blast, and a few minutes later, he charged and took on Jiren again. So, both Frieza and 17's durability (at least) should be Universe Level+. Also, I don't have much experience with higher tiering, but since Goku absorbed God into base and has his many transformations, shouldn't he, and all the stronger Dragon Ball characters be Multi-Universal, if not Multiversal (that probably sounds really stupid, as if this was viable logic, people would've changed Goku into 2-C/2-B long ago)?
