I’ll vote for Captain America. He has a very large skill advantage since he’s fought a variety of different, trained opponents and we’ve even seen how impressive he is in hand-to-hand combat several times. We’ve only seen Mr. Incredible just rely on his brute strength when facing many of his opponents, and while he did outsmart the Omnidroid, that wasn’t really hand-to-hand combat. Captain America’s shield would also give him an advantage, since he can use it to block many of Mr. Incredible’s punches, and he can use it to play the long ranged game by throwing his shield at him. Even if he does happen to get hit, he could probably still keep going for a while, as he’s also shown far greater stamina feats than Mr. Incredible. So despite the AP disadvantage, I think Cap would win this one.
