AP wise Makima is already superior but this is largely irrelevant due to both of their hax

Hax wise, although Caleb resists Makima's death manip and general disembowelment, Makima's higher stats means she can mindhax and body puppet gg, wipe his memory, or emp manip him into not fighting her.
With her inherent abilities, she can petrify him, phase through all of his attacks, or trap him in a spatiotemporal loop forever. He can't do anything about these abilities despite having knowledge about them
As for what Caleb can do to her, literally anything he can do is either negged by Makima's generally far superior AP, or immediately reflected onto a random Japanese citizen. Not even the Life Leeches can do anything to her, since she will just transfer that damage. And yes, although Caleb also has Voodoo dolls that do the same thing, unlike Makima, he doesn't have 125 million of them while Makima does.

Even if neither of them can do anything to each other for a while, Caleb's gonna run out of lives first.

Makima's damage reflection doesn't really protect her from Soul Manipulation, so he can kill her with the Life Leech.

Granted this is probably still a stomp given she leads with mindhax and he can't really do anything about it, unless we consider his Possession resistance to apply to mindhax. Which could make sense, I suppose.

Also as a minor issue you can't restrict his absorbed powers, which doesn't really matter since he doesn't even know he has them.
