Ragyo is in her base.

Ragyo is considered evil enough for Jack's sword to negate her regen

Jack is very highly resistant to her mental refitting.

Both are in-character, and due to Jack being a nobody from Ragyo's perspective will initally only be half serious.

Speed isn't equalized, instead Ragyo is set to 1.2 times faster than Jack. However in short bursts Jack is able to outspeed Ragyo by 1.3 of her own speed.


Fight is to death atop the REVOC Corporation Building.
