Dunno if this was already addressed but I think the manual part is her being seen at all, by default they're in total stealth mode. But I may not remember the specifics and it's mostly inconsequential since she can slip out of view on a dime
 
I think Wokistan already addressed it, gotta give it to me here though, this is a good match idea.

How do you vote? Idk much about Aisha yet other than the brief showcase of her powers, but I was leaning towards an incon myself
 
idk I guess I'll vote inconclusive. Given the situation, location and scenario at play, it's basically a 50/50 and luck on who gets their hax off first on the target given both can do it in his context without even being aware of the foe.
 
I haven't responded here because a lot of stuff happened really quickly, but I would like to note Imp worked on Titans, who no sold a version of Goddess (Parahumans) that didn't have the restriction of only working on people with powers. The other reason I haven't responded is because there's an Imp interlude that I haven't read yet so she might have stuff there. Guess I'll respond after her thing, and her brother's if she features heavily enough.
