Vegeta's charged attacks​

Vegeta's Galick Gun is said to be straight up, Vegeta's version of the kamehameha, so he should get a "Varies, up to tier/rating with Galick Gun" just for that. Additionally his Big Bang Attack should be "even higher" than that, being said to greatly exceed the Galick Gun, and his Final Flash should be "much higher" as it's too powerful to be fired in Super Saiyan Grade 1, requiring the limit surpassing form Grade 2, even though the Big Bang Attack can be fired in Grade 1.
