Can someone change the number of layers of Law Manipulation in the True Dragon key of the Veldanava (Light Novel) profile to be 5 instead of 6? (Or just unlock the profile)

• Law Manipulation (6 Layers; Created a law that bind ultimate skill users,[12] each universe have their own distinct law making each universe unique to themselves)

This part was actually accepted an extra layer, but not as a 6th layer on top of the 5 layer, but only as a layer equivalent to the 5th layer on top of the 4 resistance layer. (So verse does not have 5 layer of resistance, so it cannot reach the 6th layer)
