At the time Garou was still low 7-C, although dont think it mattered much in the match cause Garou upscaled enough to one shot Sukuna when he was still Low 7-C, and Sukuna's wincons were stuff that ignored dura

I'm running in a specific predicament here. Since it was agreed to split regeneration and resurrection feat, some of those pages will not have regeneration anymore. Am I allowed to add a regeneration ability for those specific characters as long as I put the scan that comes from the novel, or do I absolutely need a CRT? (Meaning the page will be wrong until said CRT is made and approved)
