Can someone help unlock Cap's page or do the edit for me? His Vibranium shield is supposed to be upgraded to "At least Country level" as well but it was missed out
EDIT: Just_a_Random_Butler already helped unlock the page and re-lock it after I'd done the edits

Yes before, but not anymore. I had planned to make a Verse-specific Powers and Abilities page for Valyrians, and therefore change the name of the current profile to separate the two and not confuse them. But I can't create a physiology page for the Valyrians so no it's useless now
