The section in question seems to simply have been left unfinished, going by my investigation of the page history.

However, somebody just cleaned it up a bit:

The current quote technically isn't OC-ish. It think that it is from the Surfer's Stan Lee-penned original series. However neither that nor your own suggestion seem very distinctive and well written. I will check if I can find something better, and then mention it here.

Can I have this page renamed? The name should be: Sōya Azashiro

The current name is kinda dumb as it’s not his actual name, but rather the Japanese version (Last to first) of his title. My suggestion is the actual name in English (First name to last name), which should be used.
