I want Arale but I'm not expecting her right now. I assume the secret character isn't part of the base game slots so I'll toss in Beelzebub as my prediction for 13/12. I doubt it would be a multi-form character like Shallot.

Ditto on civilisation pages for the Saiyan Empire and Freeza Force. They're horribly underrated with their Sci-Fi tech. The vast majority of Sci-Fi settings ironically don't have spaceflight as advanced as DB.
