Dragon Ball Tier 1
Hey I left for a while and came back, and now Dragon Ball is Tier 1. Last I checked, the multiverse in canon is 2-C and it’s 2-A in Heroes and Xenoverse. So uh… Can someone explain why it’s Low 1-C now??

So why wouldn't SDBH characters be 6D by default by threatening time itself? Is it just that it's not accepted as significantly 6D? Or is there lacking evidence for DBH characters scaling to threatening the overarching hypertimeline?
