Shadyside Killers and the witch (from the movie trilogy and other works if there are any)

Set in Shadyside, resident evil protagonist have all of resources and support from the source that they originate. So For example if we used Resident Evil 4 Leon he would have all of resident evil 4 weapons, clothes, assitance, ashley and what not other stuff from the game, unless there is a stronger version of Leon that could be used.

There are about 6+ shadyside killers which are in a way immortal, destroying them did nothing in the first movie and they seem to always come back, most of the use bladed or blunt weapons, and bullets only stun them. Also the witch could in a way possess any resident evil protagonist, so she could always make new shadyside killers.
How could resident evil protagonist win against this?
