i agree with the soul crush but i will ignore it and still argue just the sake of it :

if all might doesn't have an overwhelmingly higher AP(before espada upgrade anyway) , i will still give the win to harribel for the following reasons:

better pseudo flight , better mobility and speed with sonido as well a better dura with hierro. She might have an advantage at long distances but i'm not sure how all might's air pressure is effective so i could be wrong and could potentially bfr him to another dimension.

you're right but i was arguing with the fairest conditions in mind so no soul crush and harribel is visible.

And the OP already moved them to rukongai wich would make harribel visible anyway .
