Issues with Alien X's HDE and Immortality Type 9

Alien X's 5-D HDE exists because he transcends 4-D plane of existence. Which is absolutely wrong by current HDE standards.

Higher-Dimensional Existence (Alien X has a pocket dimension which has its own time and causality disconnected from the rest of time, Stated to transcend the very plane of Existence, making him at least 4-D, possibly 5-D)

Current standarts:

Stating that something transcends space or space and time does not necessarily imply that it has an extradimensional axis or that it pertains to the geometry of the object.

And the scan specifically mentions his power. Not his existence.

So Possibly 5-D HDE should be removed.

For Immortality Type 9, its range needs to be downgraded to 2-A, as everything related to L1-C was downgraded in the previously accepted revision.

Also, to reinforce, I remember that there are statements that Alien X is multidimensional and extradimensional, that he sees space-time as a book, also he broke a 5D barrier that was impossible to break from the point of view of 5-dimensional beings. Furthermore, the statement that his power transcends our plane of existence was said at least 2 times.
