soul manipulation kinda makes it a one hit kill also is far faster as akuma clocks in on mach 1000+ basically so i would give it to akuma

Actually this is a stomp not just because Akuma being far faster and having soul hax (via Raging Demon), but also technically in terms of AP and Durability.
In case people aren't aware, Hashirama is only 7-A normally. The High 7-A part comes from his Shinsuusenju jutsu. That's where that tier comes from. It also doesn't help Hashi that he's alive cause once Akuma is done with the Shinsuusenju, he'll blitz towards Hashirama and wreck him.
