Well, if Akarin has finding Kira´s real name as a going in her anti-bully ranger plan, i guess it could make sense.

But in regular terms, she would be oblivious of what has been happening in Morioh to even care about the name.

He would tell akarin he outright does and uses btd and tells his true name in character 19?.

That depends on which person BTD is at the moment. And we havent seen put BTD on himself in character ever.
