He can't really kill her for good, so she would win eventually. Altho Bai did have some anti-ghost stuff that worked on her, so maybe Ainz can do something similar

The what? When has he HD her off at all? In their first meeting she left to **** people up and he left his ghost pills remains around so she would go after those. After that they met in the river defying sect's creation where he put on a billion seals against ghosts in fear and then she just stared at him blankly while he didn't know the ghost was in front of him. After ''that'' they met in the dungeon with the deva soul where she again had to leave of her own volition.

That was a jade made buy a guy that could stalemate the celestial and that not even ghost other could overpower.... Ainz ain't got nothing like that.

Wait, that? Wasn't that before she became sentient? She was going around completely ignoring anything below Nascent Soul after that so I do have my doubts on that...

As soon as Xu Xiaoshan pulled it out, he breathed a sigh of relief and then fell back further. Down below, Bai Xiaochun's eyes went wide, and he cried out, "You can see her too?! Hey, what's that thing in your hand!?" Bai Xiaochun had just witnessed the girl in the white dress turning to look at Xu Xiaoshan. However, as soon as Xu Xiaoshan took out the jade piece, the girl's expression flickered, and she fled in the opposite direction.
