Everything else is reduced by the same amount in division that the combat speed was reduced. Now what's Infinity divided by any number?

Ainz doesn't have enough feats to support his power adapting to 4-A feats, limitless potential is just no limits fallacy and we just can't apply that to his tier, so Dio should have this in the bag in terms of power.

Honestly it just depends whether Ainz would land his shot or not, if not then he'd have to deal with a 100 hour cooldown.

The Goal of All Life is Death isn't Ainz's death hax. It helps it sure, but isn't Death hax in of itself.

I'm not actually sure, but it says Ainz can negate Type 4 Immortality, and Dio only has Type 3 Immortality, should that count toward instant death for Dio?

I think I agree with this, Ainz would just activate Despair Aura so that way Dio basically is in a tight spot, especially with Depsair Aura VI, which negates Dio's immortality type.

No, he wouldn't. Ainz has to think to cast a death spell and DIO is infinitely faster with his thought-based Low 2-C smash.

DIO has infinite Reaction speed. Which means his thoughts are also just as fast.

Despair aura has SEVERAL METERS of range. They start FOUR KILOMETERS away.
