Type 6 only works when there are other people around so it doesn't do anything here. Plus it only works in the Matrix, which this fight isn't.

Well, we do know that 47 scales to 2 kg of TNT, but we have no approximate AP calc for normal Agents.
RN I'll give it to 47 via having a much, much bigger skillset and minor precog.
Also it seems that the Agent only possesses bluepills and can't actually possess anyone else unlike Smith. At least, that's what the profile of the Agent says.
