On the ideal scenario she should abuse that, and maybe she could be eventually be forced to do so, both in character she would mostly use it from a distance or if she is too cornered in close quarters, and even then, she can be interrupted. The thing with Stormfront is that her sadism would make her go personal and fight hand to hand, in which US Agent has a very obvious advantage.

So it's mainly a matter of who gets overwhelmed first.
