Akainu causes a forest fire and tsunade dies in the process.
Tobirama tries to use his water to put out the fire but his water gets evaporated and he runs out of chakra and dies
Hiruzen cries and then Akainu donuts him.
Minato tries to attack him and then Akainu vaporizes with his passive heat.

Admirals got better style when it comes to how the dress so that's a win on it's own.
For actual reasons, the AP already makes any brute force assault useless and any hit spells death for the Hokages. This means they half to play it differently but considering they all don't boast considerable range, most of them almost have no choice but to get in close and for someone like Akainu, that's a death sentence. Observation Haki also makes sneak attacks less effective so ninja stealth is thrown out the window. The likes of Minato and Tobirama would be the most annoying to hit given the FTG but again Observation Haki would make any counter attack not preferably. For example Akainu or one of the others launch an attack, Minato teleports, he lands next to one of them to put a Rasengan in there back but will either get floored (or melted in Akainu's case) due to the power difference unless he gets out in time. Logia intangibility also makes killing them a pain also.
Basically, the Hokages are limited to what they can now do. Half of there arsenal is useless and any mistake is death, with sealing being one of their only real hope at winning but not all of them can do that so if said one dies, there chances fall even more. Let's also not forget the massive stamina difference here, the Hokages can't even hope to outlast them. This fight would require nothing but perfect choices on the Hokages part and I still find there chances not so great, meanwhile the Admirals can just us their large aoe to counter and one shot if they connect, dropping gravity on them could case issue, and so on. Chakra and Haki are also different enough to where I don't think Hashirama could use his Wood Release Dragon to absorb it.
I'm going to say the Admirals take it handedly. Sure, the Hokages got some abilities that could take them down but the chances those will get off smoothly is unlikely given the overall difference. Heck whoever gets Akainu is screwed especially (god help Tsunade if it's her).
