Infinite Mana should be well above the notability standards for webnovels anyways considering it's literally a top 10 webnovel.com novel and gets lot of views and engagement on pirate sites.

Plus from inference it easily surpasses the 100k views for a single chapter considering over 100k people added it to their library.

I don't know exactly how it works, maybe the system or whatever is catching up. You can check out lightnovelcave. It shouldn't have the same problem and Infinite Mana still has 28.3 million views there.

I've looked into it a bit more. Not enough to have comprehensive knowledge, but sufficient to form an opinion (I can be corrected later on, if need be- there's too much content and it isn't pleasant to sift through it).

In terms of notoriety, I believe the verse meets our baseline requirements. Acknowledging that some of these sites appear to count views very weirdly, the number of sites it has achieved high numbers of views on (even across its numerous chapters) implies the first chapter is very realistically above minimum requirements. The other matter brought up was the heavy usage of powerscaling dialect- my current opinion is that there's a 50/50 shot as to whether this was intentional or not, but if it was, it was made by an individual largely ignorant as to the meaning of the words he was evoking. The most troubling phrase is "outerversal", which does have a meaning similar to our own, but only abstractly- it and "The Expanse" are ostensibly just spaces outside of common space (that is, the universe), with nothing easily indicating that they are 1-A structures (strictly speaking, they may not even be Tier 1).

It is plausible that others will find more to suggest that the link to our terminology is intentional and an attempt to create some ultra-powerful fiction (I've mentioned reservations regarding this particular genre in that vein before- it seems more likely to be the case).

For now, I am of the opinion that this verse should be allowed to be indexed. Before a great amount of work begins, it should be known to the supporters that a case (a strong case) exists that this violates our rules on powerscaling adjacent media, and I'd like them to approach the task before them with that in mind- that they may need to defend it, or even to accept that their work could be cast out of the site, should someone successfully pursue such a case. That may drain the fun out of it. It may also never come to pass.

So, that's the conclusion for now.
