I personally think a hard and fast number shouldn't be in place at all really, context matters when we evaluate crts and stuff, so why should it not be the same for determining if a verse is eligible to be indexed on-site, and while you can go ahead and give general outlines of what is okay or not
For example a verse I know would likely be rejected off of our current notability standards, The Primal Hunter, makes the author like 70k off Patreon alone, which I think anyone would have difficulty arguing isn't notable, especially considering the current impacts that in certain circles can be seen in how new novels in those circles are made/developed
