I'm giving this to Sonia both rounds due to stamina, as a good chunk of her attacks paralyze for a time, which would make time go faster for Ace's EM Wave Change, and she has shown some measure of skill with a sword (anime), meaning she wouldn't be out for the count if Ace closes the distance.

Sonia may have been Semi-Stomped by Rogue, but I don't think Ace would do any better, since a voraciously amped version of him and joker didn't even

I think this would be close either way.
