Well, his HG (his 'invulnerability armor') is always active iirc. But Accel's Wings are made out of field of telesma (substance/energy which comprises real deal Archangels of Indexverse) so he might be able to pierce HG.

but Micha can also use Enforced ascension. I... don't know how to counter that honestly.
