If it gets changed I'll update the OP. But beyons some haxes that it can get through adatation, which needs specific stimuly that aren't around here it won't gain much.

Accelator doesn't have soul manipulation thus can't get through 682's low godly also even if he somehow killed him 682 can come back via 343.

Actually, it's AP adaptation on it's own depends what it is dealing with.
It's adaptation is reactive.
Also, accel nopes radiowaves, and saying that it's pis despite 682 only once using it feels kinda bad. I would say that it fits CIS much better.

Trying to do that leads to a very quick resistance adaptation, and throwing 682 into space wont do much seeing as 682 has come back from being thrown into space on multiple occasions

602 doesn't have conceptual mindhax. It uses radiowaves to rewritte memories, which had the collateral effect of making people forget the idea of Russia. Thats not conceptual manip or conceptual mindhax. Examples of conceptual mindhax are Methuselah's aura which takes the concept of fear and all concepts that can be classified as "dark" and discharging it on everything inside the range, being able to mindhax even future generations and Homura literally mindhaxxing a type 2 concept with type 1 abstract existence across the entirety of the multiverse. Unless you are trying to say that 682 did the same kind of thing they do, 682 lacks any feat of conceptual mindhax.
