I created this thread to ask a question I saw from the king in black comics.

Its stated here that Thor is the protected of every realm in the galaxy. King in black #3.

Does this mean king in black debunked it stated to be separate worlds/universes?

I just want to hear you guys thoughts on this.

"Realm" has a very flexible meaning; it may not be referring every kingdom, dominion, planet, star, ect in the galaxy as opposed to the "9 Norse Realms/Dimensions" specifically.

I'm not too knowledgeable on why the realms are Universes, but I'll let Marvel experts be the judge on that. But either way, I think this is just a simple "Thor defends the galaxy" statement that doesn't really refute or add anything.

The realms were stated to be separate worlds/universes in one comic book scan I saw.
Now in this latest comics its stated they are in the galaxy that's the point am trying to make.

Odin has talked about 10 realms...another time 9.
Same as many marvel comics have used the statement of all realms also.

Besides the realms were stated as worlds/universes before but now thor stated all realms in the galaxy. (King in black #3).

I believe his still refering to the same realms, like other cases in marvel comics.
