TOAA and Eternity have BDE already along with other Entities. But Ultima isn't done revising Marvel cosmic Characters. So either you asked him personally in his message wall i.e posting this thread on his profile wall, go to Marvel General Discussion Thread and discuss it there, or wait for more knowledgeable members on Marvel Cosmology to give input.
