About Star Platinum in Part 4

It is implied that Jotaro's peak is when he was approximately 18 years of age. That doesn't necessarily mean Star Platinum was weaker after that point (obviously until Part 6 when he is 40), but instead that it's strength was at it's highest from that point onward. However, I'm quite skeptical about Star Platinum being outright weaker in Part 4 in terms of physical strength and durability. Though it's Time Stop has diminished to a mere two seconds in Part 4, I see no reason to believe that it's overall strength had as well. Are there any implications in Part 4 that Star Platinum had weakened since Part 3 other than it's reduced Time Stop duration?

As time passed, he didn't get stronger and got weaker in at least one thing, there is no reason to say that his strength would still be equal. He also got overpowered by an angry Josuke when the latter would later say that SP is more powerful and when it's later suggested to be faster as well.

The context puts his situation clear.

its more that jotaro got weaker he didnt train he didnt do anything with star platinum and josuke took him by suprise but if he continued training he could have gotten stronger and be able to stop time more and also he almost konoced out josuke with his bare hands

Actually, it's confirmed that Jotaro was at his most powerful after the fight with DIO, he did get weaker in part 4, we dont know by how much but it's confirmed by Araki in other sources other than the stand bio.

Although even with his weakening he's explicitly confirmed to the still be the strongest Stand in Part 4 in speed, precision and physical strength by the omniscient wog.

Twice actually, here's the first one though.

While on terms of bias I would agree with OP, I have to agree with Chariot and Eficiente that he got weaker, there's many, many official material that thinks this is the case.

He got weaker, we just dont know by how much.

But even though he got weaker he's still physically the strongest and fastest stand till Part 5, ergo couldnt be that drastic if he's that strong still.

Talking about GER specifically.

King Crimson probably outclassed Part 4 Star Platinum but we know he's still weaker than Part 3 Post-DIO's World Star Platinum though.

Is it cause King Crimson never got an statement of "strongest stand ever seen" like GER does?

No it's because we got a statement that Part 3 Star Platinum is the strongest Stand physically even after the events of Part 5 (but specifically part 3), ergo King Crimson cant be above Part 3 Star Platinum, but old star platinum is no longer called the physically strongest Stand, thus between Part 4 and 6 there likely was a Stand that surpassed and the only Stands that could've done that was GER and King Crimson as the rest lack the feats and scaling to even come close, given King Crimson could rip through Chariot, probably that Stand and GER due to being able to shatter King Crimson.
