That doesn't seem like full-on Omnipresence since she can only appear anywhere if there is void. That alone contradicts what Omnipresence is supposed to be, which is existing everywhere without some sort of restriction, and the Omnipresence page even says "the property of being present everywhere, whenever and nowhere at the same time, referring to an unbounded presence". However, you could argue for a Nigh-Omnipresence with that.

No, thats another thing, the part of moment experienced is because she can acess Memories, but the first part she tells that her function is move the universe, fowars and backwarda
